Dennis Fernando Salinas (born in San Salvador, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran footballer. He currently plays for Luis Ángel Firpo.
Salinas' made his debut with the men's national team on August 22, 2007 against Honduras. His next game came only a couple of weeks later in a friendly match against Ecuador. Controversially, Salinas (who was the starting goalkeeper) was subbed out after only 34 minutes. Many thought this was a harsh decision by coach Carlos de los Cobos, and believed that although Salinas had conceded two goals it was more due to poor defence rather than the keepers mistakes. Since this game, Salinas has not returned to the national team and has not participated or been invited to attend any of the national teams training camps.
